Thankfully, for Nikola Tesla's birthday, James opened up the Infamy store with these two limited edition miniatures in it - and they're only going to be available during 2015. James also opened up the chance to split the shipping batches on any Kickstarter goodies, but I resisted taking that option as I want to receive everything in one big box.
Tesla comes in surprisingly few pieces - Main body, two hands with cogs and a large cog makes four pieces.
The sculpt is fantastically smooth with loads of detail.
I love the damage on the cogs and the tiny pores on the palms of the gauntlets. If you want to see what he can look like fully painted, go check out Megazord Man's finished Tesla that he did for Infamy James.
Crookes is assembled from one fewer piece than Tesla, being completed in three - Main body, gun and forearms and then a little speaker that sits on his shoulder.
Again, there is oodles of detail and a lot of smooth surfaces to play with. There is a little flash, but nothing excessive so looks a pretty easy job to clean up.
Neither comes with a base, so would probably need one making or some form of plinth. Plus, if these guys are anything to go by, their 32mm versions are going to be beautiful to work with.
